Rake out Deteriorated Pointing. Add Bonding Agent to Mortar Line to insure a Chemical reaction to new mortar and Re-Point to match original

Prepare all wood work for re-decoration.
4x wooden windows to the front of the house
Facia /suffix broads & front apex.
Prepare the front of house, apply 2x coats of stabilizer to masonry which acts as bonding agent for existing surface.
Apply 3x coats of good quality white masonry paint to the front of house

Repair crack to ceiling, Apply stain barrier & prepare to decorate.

Apply 3 x of white emulsion & works to complete.
