To take advantange of our contract rates, it will be necessary for you to guarantee us first call on all maintenance works, and offer us the opportunity to quote on all larger works, only calling another contractor in the event of us not being able to meet your requirements. In return, we will guarantee prompt service, and the benefit of contract rates on all works carried out.
